Or how about the fact that he spent 9 days in jail in 2011 for violating a restraining order.  I'm not sure what part of "stay away from that lady" he didn't understand. When I met Tom Wolf, on his dating profile he said he was all about truth and transparency.  According to the Department of Justice, fewer than 1 in 5 women report their abuse, mainly because they fear retaliation from their abuser. Tom Wolf has had 2 arrests (with different women) in a 4 year period not long after his divorce. Makes me wonder if there were more because I know I was terrified when he went crazy, psycho on me. I will never forget the rage in his face. I could only imagine that if I were alone with him when I confronted him what might have possibly happened to me. It is also important to note that according to court records, the 2 women Tom was arrested for physically battering were 110lbs and 115lbs and he is close to 200 lbs. Real macho huh?. These were also women he was living with, one for nearly a year and the other a few months and were not casual relationships.

A little background information about this coward man

Apparently In April of 2011, after his arrests started piling up, Tom went to a Seminole County Judge and got his last name legally changed from Tempfer to Wolf and immediately asked the Judge to seal the name change, which she did. I now believe that this was a blatant attempt to keep anyone from finding out about his criminal past. This belief is further fortified by the fact that when he went to trial 2 months later in June for a previous arrest, under oath he swore his name was still Tom Tempfer and not Tom Wolf, his new name. Why would you do that unless you didn't want your arrest and conviction to carry over to your new name? Why didn't Tom proudly tell the court his new name of Wolf that he received just 2 months prior to his trial? Why did he lie under oath to a Judge? Ask him. Tom Wolf currently resides in Longwood, Florida. He also has a residence in Oviedo, Florida and has lived in Orlando, Florida as well. Recently, he got a Seminole County Judge to issue a court order saying that a web site that was up about him was defamatory and libeled him and the site was taken down. That web site listed a huge array of charges and allegations against him of which some or all may or may not have been true. Tom Wolf didn't just do something bad 20 years ago and has since rehabilitated himself. Florida Law states that if a person has a previous conviction for domestic battery, even if there was a withhold of adjudication, a subsequent conviction for an act of domestic battery can be charged as a felony with a maximum penalty of up to 5 years in prison. Friday, 28 March 2014   Supreme Court Upholds Gun Ban for “Domestic Violence” Offenders

In a 8 - 1 decision on March 26, the Supreme Court upheld current federal law banning anyone found guilty of domestic violence from possessing a gun. The decision furthermore served to strengthen existing law, by overturning previous district court rulings interpreting the law as applying only to those convicted of “violent use of force” and stating that the ban extended to anyone who had plead guilty to even a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence.    kerry mcdonald maitland fl

The Court said even a one-time perpetrator of domestic violence may no longer be considered the type of "law-abiding, responsible citizen" entitled to possess guns, based on evidence presented by the government. The evidence included studies showing that domestic abusers have high rates of re offending - ranging from 35 to 80 percent - and often use firearms when committing the crime.

Notice that the arresting deputy recommended that Tom be placed into the "Domestic Violence Empact Program". This is a program for persons considered possibly dangerous and or likely to re offend. It included having the arrested (Tom Wolf) fitted with a GPS monitor. This turned out to be a good thing because just about 5 weeks later Tom violated 2 Court orders and approached the victim in order to try and get her to not testify. Tom was taken to Orange County 33rd street jail before being transferred to Seminole County a week later. Seminole County Case # 592011MM01846A. Eventually the State felt the 9 days Tom spent in jail was punishment enough and hopefully he learned his lesson and dropped this charge. Too bad. Remember that all of his arrests are under his other name of Tom Tempfer.

Tom was originally arrested in Orange County thus the reason he spent a week at 33rd street jail before being transferred. Remember that all of his arrests are under his other name which was Thomas (Tom) Walter Tempfer.

What I find so troubling about this particular arrest was Tom's arrogance. He knew he had a GPS monitor attached to his ankle and the Judge who released him on bond as well as the Judge who authorized the restraining order against him both forbid him from contacting the victim and yet he did anyway. He did it because every time he had been in trouble with the law he seemed to somehow get lucky and walk away with no repercussions. His first arrest for battering he was able to talk the victim into not testifying against him and it worked and so he was trying it again because he felt like he was Teflon Tom and nothing would stick to him. Just 3 years prior to the above arrest for domestic violence, Tom was arrested also for domestic violence. As in the above case, he blames it all on the woman. Note that she also had to flee the scene to call 911 for help at a neighbors. 99999.99% of guys go through life without being arrested for battering a woman and Tom gets a couple a few years apart. Unfortunately in this case Tom was able to convince the victim not to testify and the charges had to be dropped. Again he blamed the victim this time accusing her of being a drug addict. If she was then why was she living in his house with him?

 Again at his first court appearance a Judge found probable cause for his arrest.

This is a police report from the Maitland police department from January of 2010. While the MPD recommended that Tom Tempfer aka Tom Wolf be arrested for felony aggravated stalking. Tom got lucky here because the Orange County State Attorneys office was overwhelmed and underfunded at the time and this case got put on the back burner and he was not prosecuted for it. The police had Tom's actual voice on one of the threats describing in detail what he was going to do as well as his IP address from the e-mails he sent including one from his Facebook account. Too bad because a conviction here could have sent him away for up to 5 years because this was a felony. Aggravated stalking is also considered a crime in the domestic violence category.

The main reason that this police report is so important for women especially is that it is just one more piece of evidence and proof to show Tom's instability and the rage inside of him. No normal or sane person tells another person that they were going to sexually assault and kill them. Especially in the sick way Tom said it almost like he would enjoy doing it.  Those are all words and statements from a crazy person. Simply not signs of what a normal or sane person would do. Also note his continued use of the derogatory and vulgar term "cunt". Just another piece of evidence that he is a misogynist pig.

Again all victims names and personal information were redacted as he has put them all through enough already.
 

Lastly I would like to provide this information. This was all that I could find and there may be more elsewhere or not. Three different people filed for protective orders against Tom under his old name of Thomas Tempfer for violence since 2010. Only 1 of the 3 were granted but this information is important because again it shows his continued pattern of believing that using violence and threats is the way to handle things. The cases are:

 As I said earlier, you can possibly spin or explain away one incident but not incident after incident after incident.

On a personal note, there is something I would like to say. In the few months this site has been up, I have shown it to probably 100+ women from all walks of life. Some friends, some acquaintances and others from groups or clubs I belong too. I wanted to get their feedback and make sure I was doing a good thing. The response has been unequivocally, 100% yes. I was also very proud that every single female expressed the anger and disgust that I felt, that this man, Tom Wolf, was previously able to use the court system to hide his history of threats and abuse from everyone. Not just women but everyone has a right to know who they are dealing with.

The ironic thing about all of this is it is all Tom Wolf's doing. He is the one who attacked those women and got arrested. He is the one who violated the restraining order and got arrested. He is the one who instigated all those threats which resulted in all those people filing for restraining orders against him. He is the one who called and left a voice mail telling someone he was going to sexually assault and kill them. He is the one who sent e-mails threatening to assault and kill others. He is the one who lied to a Seminole County Judge to keep his criminal record from being tied to his new name. He's the one who got his name change sealed so as to hide his criminal background from everyone. Had none of that happened then this site would have no need to exist.

And now he wants a Judge to clean up his mess. He wants a Judge to help him cover up his criminal past, to help him hide his dirty laundry. He wants a Judge to allow him to break the law by sealing his violent history from unsuspecting women and others by crying that his reputation is being hurt because someone is telling the truth about criminal acts he has done. Why is he crying foul? Because he thinks he is special? From what I know, women across Central Florida will be watching the outcome of this web sites survival very closely.
